My journey in a few words

Graduate of the’CentraleSupélec In 1999, I immediately entered the industrial world with advanced general engineering training, combining scientific rigor, project culture, and systems vision.
At PSA Peugeot Citroën (1999–2003), I began my career as a project manager for the semi-active controlled suspension systems of the future Peugeot 407 and Citroën C6. There, I developed strong expertise in control systems, numerical simulation (Matlab/Simulink), and quality methodologies (FMEA, fault trees).
At Delphi (2003–2013), within a global automotive supplier, I led the R&D department «Start Center» for nearly 10 years. At the crossroads of commercial and technical, I managed responses to tenders from PSA, Renault-Nissan, FIAT, and Volvo, generating €120 to €220 million in annual revenue in an international environment, leading a multidisciplinary team of 8 people.
At Cooltech Applications (2013–2018), I joined as Engineering Manager world's first company to industrialize magnetocaloric refrigeration — a disruptive technology at the intersection of mechanics, magnetism, hydraulics, and thermal engineering. As a member of the Executive Committee, I manage a team of 12 engineers and PhDs and am responsible for Intellectual property strategy of the company, with a portfolio reaching 390 patents divided into 49 families.
At Arpa Cooking (2019–2021)—a French leader in the OEM manufacturing of electric cooking appliances for over 200 global brands—I served as Director of Innovation & R&D and was a member of the Executive Committee. I oversaw the development of 130 models annually, managed €30 million in procurement, and led innovation projects focused on connected appliances and next-generation cooking systems.
At Mecatherm (2021–2026), a global specialist in automated production lines for industrial bakery and pastry products—I led an R&D team of 20 people and managed an annual development budget of 3,5 M€ for nearly five years. Several products achieved international recognition:
- 🏆 Four M-VT — IBA Award 2023 (Munich) & Gulfood Industry Excellence Award 2023 (Dubai): compact vertical oven that saves energy and floor space.
- 🏆 Hygro Control System — IBIE Best in Baking Award 2025 (Las Vegas), Sustainability category
